以电导法配合Logistic方程确定25个白肉枇杷的抗寒性

【摘要】 研究白肉枇杷的抗寒性,为北缘地区白肉枇杷的推广及抗寒杂交育种提供理论依据。以‘白玉’枇杷叶片为试材,采用人工模拟低温胁迫,建立白肉枇杷电导法配合Logistic方程的抗寒性测定体系,并以此确定25份白肉枇杷资源的抗寒性。结果表明:以不同处理时间、不同低温处理下白玉叶片的相对电导率(REC)变化作曲线,在低温处理8 h以上时,REC均随着处理温度的降低而呈"S"形变化,可以利用Logistic方程计算半致死温度(LT50)。25份白肉枇杷LT50测定结果表明冠玉的LT50达到-15.95℃,最抗寒,次之为美国种、铜皮、白玉、美玉、上海种等白肉枇杷资源。

【Abstract】 The cold tolerance of white pulp loquat was measured to support the extension of loquat in the northern region and cross breeding. Loquat cultivar ‘Baiyu’ was used to set up the rapid detection system based on the relative electrical conductivity and logistic equation. The cold tolerance of 25 white pulp loquat cultivars was identified with the rapid detection system. The curves of REC against different temperatures and treatment periods were represented using logistic equation. The results showed that REC increased as a S-curves with the decreased temperature when the treatment time was longer than eight hours.According to these S-shaped curves and the logistic equation, we could calculate the lethal temperature of 50%( LT50). The result of LT50 indicated that the cultivar ‘ Guanyu’ had the strongest cold tolerance among all the main white pulp loquat cultivars,followed by Meiguozhong, Tongpi, Baiyu, Meiyu, Shanghaizhong and so on.
