【Abstract】 The paper summarized the advances in Oolong Tea process technologies in China and abroad in 2012 and 2013 in aspects of techniques, physical and biochemical principles induced by techniques, improvements and innovations of equipment. Outlooks were also put forward, which were deeper explorations of the parameters of green-making, baking and storing, innovations and exchange between traditional and new productiing areas, and also the judgement of process.更多还原
