【摘要】 目的探讨胃癌患者血清中细胞角蛋白-18(CK-18)、糖链抗原72-4(CA72-4)和癌胚抗原(CEA)水平及其临床意义。方法随机选取2015年5月到2016年5月常州市金坛区人民医院行胃癌治疗的患者40例作为实验组,所有病例经诊断均未患其他恶性肿瘤(肿瘤位于胃部15例,位于胃窦部9例,位于贲门胃底部16例;另外在门诊随机选取30例健康体检者作为对照组。测定两组人群血清中CK-18、CA72-4和CEA的水平。结果实验组血清中CK-18、CA72-4和CEA阳性表达与胃癌的生物学特征如年龄、性别、肿瘤位置及其大小、淋巴结转移等差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);实验组CK-18、CEA、CA74-2浓度(中位数)分别为2.03、2.93、4.34 ng/ml,均显著低于对照组的8.96、8.35、21.68 ng/ml,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 CK-18、CA72-4和CEA三种肿瘤指标联合检测可考虑作为新的胃癌检测指标,对胃癌预防及治疗有一定意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the significances of serum cytokeratin-18(CK-18), carbohydrate antigen 72-4(CA72-4) and carcinoembryonic antigen(CEA) levels of gastric cancer patients. Methods Patients with gastric cancer receiving treatment in our hospital were randomly selected from May 2015 to May 2016 for the study; 40 cases as the experimental group, and all cases diagnosed were not suffering from other malignancies, including 24 males and 16 females(tumor located in the stomach in 15 cases, in the gastric antrum in 9 cases, 16 cases of gastric cardia in the bottom); another 30 cases healthy individuals were selected as the control group, including 16 males and 14 females. There were no significant differences in age and gender difference between two groups(P>0.05). Results In the experimental group, the expression levels of CK-18, CA72-4 and CEA in gastric cancer had no significant differences among different age, sex, tumor location and size, lymph node metastasis(P>0.05). The median concentrations of CK-18, CEA and CA74-2 in the experimental group were 2.03, 2.93 and 4.34 ng /ml, respectively, which were significantly lower than those in the control group(8.96, 8.35 and 21.68 ng / ml, respectively)(P<0.05). Conclusion Combined detection of CK-18, CA72-4 and CEA tumor markers could be used as a new method for the detection of gastric cancer, which was of great significance to the prevention and treatment of gastric cancer.更多还原
