某石材加工企业职业病危害关键控制点及防控措施分析

【摘要】 目的分析石材加工过程中职业病危害关键控制点以及防控措施,为石材加工行业的职业病危害防控提供依据。方法选用某石材加工厂作为研究对象,采用职业卫生调查、职业病危害因素检测等方法,确定关键控制点以及分析防控措施。结果存在职业病危害因素超标情况的岗位为开料、粗加工、干磨、水磨和包装岗位,装配岗位无超标情况;采取防控措施前后,矽尘的浓度差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),噪声、手传振动强度的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论石材加工企业的职业病危害关键控制岗位为开料、粗加工、干磨、水磨、包装,防矽尘的防护措施有效,应加强关键控制岗位防噪声、防振动的防控措施。

【Abstract】 Objective Through analysis of occupational hazard critical control points and protective measures in the stone processing factory, to provide a basis for formulating protective strategy of occupational hazard. Methods Occupational health survey and occupational health inspection were used to comprehensively assess critical control points and protective measures. Results Jobs in the stone processing factory with exceed occupational hazard critical control points were the cutting, rough machining, dry mill and wet mill. The assemble job and packaging job were not exceed the hazard critical control points. The differences of the concentrations of the silicon dust of different jobs have statistical significance(P<0.05).The differences of the intensity of noise and vibration have no statistical significance(P >0.05). Conclusion The critical control points of occupational hazard are cutting, rough machining, dry mill and wet mill. It is essential to strengthen the comprehensive prevention and control measures of silicon dust, noise and vibration on the critical control points.
