【摘要】 目的探讨亚洲人群NQO1 C609T基因多态性与胃癌易感性关系。方法计算机检索数据库,收集有关亚洲人群NQO1 C609T基因多态性与胃癌病易感性关系病例对照研究,提取纳入文献的相关数据进行Meta分析,以病例组与对照组NQO1 C609T各种基因模型的比值比(OR)为效应指标,Egger’s检验和Bgger’s检验偏倚。结果共7篇研究符合纳入标准,累计病例数1 584例,对照组2 263例。meta分析表明NQO1 C609T基因多态性与胃癌病易感性有明显关联性。结论亚洲人群NQO1 C609T基因多态性与胃癌病易感性明显关联性[CC vs.TT;OR=1.19,95%CI:0.99,1.44,P=0.070;TC vs.TT:OR=1.10,95%CI:0.97,1.25,P=0.137;CC/TC vs.TT:OR=1.10,95%CI:0.98,1.22,P=0.100;CC vs.TC/TT:OR=1.19,95%CI:0.89,1.59,P=0.233]。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the association between NQO1 C609 T gene polymorphism and gastric cancersusceptibility in Asian population. Methods Data bases were comprehensively searched to retrieve all related data inassociation between NQO1 C609 T polymorphism and gastric cancer susceptibility in Asian population. Meta- analysis wasapplied to study the related data from literatures with odds ratio(OR)for NQO1 C609 T various genetic model as effect index inthe case group and control group. Egger’s and Bgger’s inspections were used to test bias. Results Seven original studiesfulfilled the inclusion criteria with a total of 1 584 patients and 2 263 controls entered into study dataset. Meta- analysesshowed significant associations between NQO1 C609 T polymorphism and gastric cancer susceptibility in Asian population [CCvs. TT:OR=1.19,95% CI:0.99-1.44,P=0.070;TC vs. TT:OR=1.10,95% CI: 0.97-1.25,P=0.137;CC/TC vs. TT:OR=1.10,95% CI:0.98- 1.22,P=0.100;CC vs. TC/TT:OR=1.19,95% CI:0.89-1.59,P=0.233].
