【摘要】 按照要求,江西省2015年8—10月组织实施了消除疟疾行动计划中期评估工作。通过县级自评和省级复核结果显示,全省2010—2015年6月30日,共报告疟疾病例248例,年疟疾发病率波动在0.07/10万~0.12/10万之间,其中恶性疟127例,间日疟79例,未分型33例,混合感染5例,三日疟3例,卵型疟1例。报告的病例中输入性病例241例,占病例总数的97.18%,本地感染疟疾病例7例。全省已连续4年未报告本地感染的疟疾病例,53个县(市、区)通过县级考核,2个设区市通过市级评估。2010—2015年,全省累计培训各级医疗和疾控机构的临床和流行病学医生、实验室和防保人员90 537人次;累计血检"三热"病人551 447例次,检出疟原虫阳性211例,血检阳性率为0.038%。全省疟疾病例实验室确诊率由2010年的41.38%上升至2015年的96.67%,实验室检测率由62.07%上升至96.67%;疟疾病例24 h报告率达100%,规范治疗率达到100%,3 d内流调率上升至96.77%,7 d内疫点处置率亦大幅提升。评估结果证实:通过实施消除疟疾行动计划,全省各地大力推动了疟疾防治工作的进程,逐步提高了各级临床医疗机构和疾控机构疟疾防治专业人员的防治工作意识和技能水平,提高了群众的自我保护意识,较好地完成了《行动计划》提出的任务指标,实现了到2015年全省无本地感染病例的目标。更多还原

【Abstract】 Interim assessment on malaria elimination was organized and implemented in Jiangxi Province during AugustOctober, 2015 as required. The county self-evaluation and provincial review showed that a total of 248 malaria cases were reported from 2010 to June 30, 2015 with annual incidence ranging from 0.07/100 000 to 0.12/100 000, including 127 falciparum malaria cases, 79 vivax malaria cases,33 unclassified malaria cases,5 mixed infection cases,3 quartan malaria cases and 1 ovale malaria case. There were 241 imported cases accounting for 97.18% of total cases, and 7 indigenous cases. It had been 4 consecutive years with no indigenous malaria case reported in the whole province. Fifty three counties(cities,districts) had passed provincial examination, and 2 prefectures passed the municipal assessment for malaria elimination.During 2010-2015, a total of 90 537 clinicians, epidemiologists and laboratory and preventive personnel at all levels of medical institutions were trained in the province. Blood tests were conducted in 551 447 patients with fever, among whom the positive rate for Plasmodium was 0.038%(211/551 447). The rate of laboratory confirmed malaria rose from 41.38% in 2010 to 96.67%in 2015, and the laboratory test rate increased from 62.07% to 96.67%. The standard treatment rate reached 100.0%. The percent of cases reported within 1 day, and that investigated within 3 days after diagnosis was 100.0% and 96.77%respectively. The proportion of malaria foci disposal within 7 days increased significantly as well. The evaluation proved that Malaria Elimination has made great process in Jiangxi Province by implementation of Malaria Elimination Action Plan,preventive consciousness of the medical personnel has been enhanced, technical capacity of clinic facilities and CDCs has been strengthened, self-protection awareness of the residents has been increased, the tasks required by the"Action Plan"have been completed, and the expected goal of no indigenous malaria case by 2015 in the whole province has been achieved.更多还原
