【摘要】 对珍珠拳(Securinega suffruticosa)采用不同枝龄、不同处理方法、不同基质以及不同季节扦插育苗进行试验比较。结果表明:选用一年生(已木质化)枝条有利于生根,使用NAA和IBA处理可以显著提高生根率,其中,浓度为600mg/L的IBA处理效果最好,平均生根率达83.9%,采用沙质壤土或黄心土为基质扦插成活率较高,适合在春季或秋季扦插育苗。更多还原

【Abstract】 The cutting seedling test of Securinega suffruticosa were carried out to compare breeding with different branches of age,different handling methods,different base materials and in different seasons. The results show that:Choosing annual branches is beneficial to take root. Deal with NNA and IBA can improve the rooting rate significantly. Treatment with 600 mg/L IBA has the best effect, cause the average rooting rate to83.9%. The base materials of sandy loam or yellow subsoil have the higher rate of survival.
