【Abstract】 The proposal of One Belt and One Road will have an important influence on the economical cooperation for surrounding countries. Some regional economical projects such as FTA negotiation of China, Japan and South Korea and cooperative development of Great Tumen River are proceeding slowly. The proposal of One Belt and One Road makes it possible to promote the regional economical cooperation of subzone Northeast Asia. If the strategy of One Belt and One Road would be fit for Northeast Asia, countries surrounding this area should make full use of complementary advantages. Based on Northeast China district, they should seize the opportunity of Liaoning FTA and utilize the function of infrastructure financing of AIIB, changing from regional cooperation to overall cooperation to achieve mutual benefits.更多还原
