【摘要】 基于福建省2011-2014年县市的数据,构建了福建省基本公共服务的指标体系,采用泰尔指数方法,测度了以GDP为权重的福建基本公共服务泰尔指数,据此对福建省基本公共服务均等化进行研究.研究结果表明:福建基本公共服务的总泰尔指数相对较低,且逐年在递减;在基本公共服务差异的贡献率中,地区间差异贡献率达到80%,但也在逐年下降.因此,可认为福建省县级基本公共服务的均等化程度相对较高,而市级之间基本公共服务的差异是影响福建省基本公共服务不均等的主要原因.更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on the Counties’ data from 2011 to 2014,this paper aimed to study the equalization of public services in Fujian Province by constructing the index system of basic public services,using the Theil index method to measure Fujian’s Theil index of basic public services weighted on GDP.The study showed that Fujian’s Theil index of basic public services was relatively low and declining every year;80% overall difference was due to regional differences,but it is declining every year.Therefore,the degree of the basic public services in Fujian County is relatively high,and the main reason why it is inequitable in Fujian Counties is regional difference.更多还原
