【摘要】 基于现代服务业对社会经济发展影响的作用机理,分析概括了泉州现代服务业发展现状和主要特点,阐述了现代服务业发展在经济增长、结构优化、居民就业和消费需求四个方面对泉州社会经济发展的影响,这一思路同时认为泉州制造业在经济发展中遇到瓶颈,现代服务业将成为今后泉州社会经济发展的新方向,因此大力发展泉州现代服务业,促进社会经济发展,应围绕泉州制造业转型升级和城市转型发展两个路径寻求发展,即重点扶持生产性服务业,加快培育新兴服务业,为促进泉州制造业发展和转型升级提供支撑服务,同时优化提升生活性服务业,提升发展公共服务业,为打造以人为本宜居宜业城市提供生活服务。更多还原

【Abstract】 The paper analysis and summarized the present situation and the main characteristics of the modern service industry development of Quanzhou,expounds the influence of the socio-economic development in Quanzhou from four aspects of the development of modern service industry which is economic growth,structural optimization,employment and consumption demand,which is based on modern service industry on the mechanism of the socio-economic development influence.It is found that Quanzhou manufacturing in economic development in the encountered bottleneck,modern services will become a new direction in future Quanzhou socio-economic development.It is suggested that developing the modern service industry to promote the development of the socio-economic in Quanzhou should be around Quanzhou manufacturing two paths which is manufacturing industry transformation and upgrading and transformation of city development to seek development,namely:that focus on supporting productive service industry,accelerate the development of new services industry to provide support services for the promotion of development and transformation and upgrading of manufacturing industry of Quanzhou;optimizing and improving the life of service industry,enhancing the development of public service industry,to build people-oriented livable urban living services.更多还原
