基于ZigBee的塔式起重机防碰撞系统研究
ZigBee-based study on anti-collision system of tower crane
【摘要】 设计了一种基于ARM-STM32处理器的塔式起重机防碰撞监控系统,该系统通过初始化中建筑物的标定和系统运行过程中实时的AD采样,能监测单台塔式起重机的运行状况,从而避免其与建筑物碰撞;通过ZigBee无线通信技术,实现塔式起重机之间的信息交互,有效地预防了塔式起重机之间发生相互碰撞,对提高塔式起重机施工系统的安全性有重要的意义。
【Abstract】 The paper introduces an anti-collision monitoring system of the tower crane based on the ARM-STM32 processor,which can monitor the operation of a single tower crane by initializing the calibration of buildings and real-time AD sampling during the system operation to avoid any impact against buildings; with ZigBee wireless communication technology,information exchange among tower cranes is realized to effectively avoid collision between tower cranes and provide significant meaning for the safety of the construction system of the tower crane.
