钢丝绳伸缩器在首台EPR核电站MSR壳体吊装中的应用
Application of steel rope compensator in hoisting of MSR shell of first EPR nuclear power unit
【摘要】 国内首台EPR1750 MW核电机组台山核电站中,出现了国内首台室内立式布置的大型汽水分离再热器MSR,因其外形尺寸大,质量大,而厂房内空间矮小,汽水分离再热器MSR的吊装方案需要考虑在现场有限空间中实现MSR的空中翻身、竖立、就位。文中通过与使用现场传统起重机械的吊装方案进行对比,突出使用钢丝绳伸缩器的优点,以便为今后同类机组吊装施工提供技术参考和推广。
【Abstract】 In Taishan nuclear power station with China’s first EPR1 750 MW nuclear power unit,China’s first largescale indoor vertical moisture separator reheater(MSR).As the equipment is large and heavy and the plant space is limited,the hoisting scheme of MSR should consider how to realize air turning,erection,and location of MSR in limited space.The paper compares the scheme of using steel rope compensator with the traditional hoisting scheme used on site,and focuses on advantages of the steel rope compensator,providing technical reference for the hoisting of similar units in the future.
