【摘要】 目的 :分析ZEB1、E-cadherin和Vimentin在上皮性卵巢癌组织中表达的情况。方法 :将2011~2014年盐城市第一人民医院妇产科采集的62例卵巢组织标本作为研究对象。在这些组织标本中,有50例上皮性卵巢癌患者肿瘤原发灶的组织标本,12例子宫肌瘤患者正常的卵巢组织标本。采用免疫组化法检测ZEB1、E-cadherin和Vimentin在这些组织标本中表达的情况。结果:上皮性卵巢癌组织标本中ZEB1、E-cadherin、Vimentin表达的阳性率均高于正常的卵巢组织,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)结论 :ZEB1、E-cadherin和Vimentin可作为诊断上皮性卵巢癌的重要指标。进行ZEB1、E-cadherin和Vimentin检测在诊断上皮性卵巢癌方面具有重要的临床意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To observe the expression and significance of ZEB1,E-cadherin and Vimentin in tissues of epithelial ovarian cancer(EOC). Methods: The expressions of ZEB1, E-cadherin, and vimentin were detected by immunohistochemistry method.Judge whether there are statistically significant between ZEB1, E-cadherin and Vimentin. Results:The positive rate of ZEB1,E-cadherin and Vimentin expression in EOC were significantly higher than that in normal ovarian tissues, and the difference was statistically significant(P <0.01). Conclusions Detecting the expressions of ZEB1, E-cadherin, and vimentin is useful for the diagnosis of EOC.更多还原
