【Abstract】 In this paper,a multimedia contact center system development project in the Internet industry was taken as an example.By introducing the key chain technology into the project schedule management,the progress management of this project was deeply studied.It took the normal project schedule management method compared with project schedule management afterapplying the critical chain method.By comparing the results,we can see the advantages of the critical chain method.And using this method can help companies solve the practical problems.更多还原
