【摘要】 文章从根本上解决工艺系统中存在的瓶颈和冲突问题,将直接关系到工艺创新的效果。基于当前和未来的工艺目标将工艺系统中的瓶颈分为当前瓶颈和潜在瓶颈,运用约束理论(TOC)寻找瓶颈中存在的冲突;运用TRIZ理论在资源分析的基础上给出了改进工艺资源的次序和方法,形成能识别并能解决多瓶颈的工艺创新过程模型。通过实例验证了该模型的有效性。更多还原
