玻纤/环氧高强支撑的成型工艺与力学性能分析
Processing and Mechanical Properties of Glass-fiber Reinforced Epoxy-based Composites
【摘要】 玻璃纤维/环氧高强支撑采用半干法缠绕铺放成型工艺,成型过程中首先制作玻璃纤维预浸带,利用有限元方法进行了校核,该结构未失效;对支撑进行了力学性能试验,结果表明:支撑性能完全达到技术指标。
【Abstract】 In this paper molding process of high-strength and low thermal conductivity Glass-fiber Reinforced Epoxybased Composites strut was studied and mechanical properties of strut were discussed by experiment. The structure is proved safe by finite element method. The results show that performance of the support has achieved technical qualification.
