【Abstract】 It is widely believed by policy researchers that the demographic dividend will be overwhelming development dividend and biggest driving force for India.This paper summarizes the talent nurture and the attraction to talent overseas of India,upon which the major strategies and policies about India science and technology innovation(STI) human resources policies that could serve as references are analyzed.It is revealed that there are two implications for STI HR policy-makers in China:the policy of STI education and human resources nurture system should be perfected;and relatively unified and concentrated national policy frame system should be built to attract Chinese overseas.更多还原
