基于喷墨打印技术的柔性温度传感器阵列

【摘要】 采用喷墨打印技术,在柔性聚酰亚胺衬底上成功制备了银温度传感器。通过离子交换技术SMIE对聚酰亚胺衬底进行表面改性,喷墨打印机打印出所需的图形作为掩膜,实现了银电阻型温度器件的制备。通过SEM、XRD等测试方式对于制备得到的银层进行了表征,并对制备得到的温度传感器性能进行了研究。研究结果表明,通过SMIE技术制备的银电阻在-20?C~200?C的测试范围内,具有较好的温度灵敏度。设计得到的这类银电阻型温度探测器(RTD)可被广泛应用于柔性电子的原位温度探测中。

【Abstract】 Inkjet-printing technology had been used to construct silver temperature sensors on polyimide flexible substrate. With inkjet-printed ink as masking materials, silver resistive temperature devices were formed by the surface modification followed by ion-exchange technique(SMIE). The silver films were first characterized by SEM, XRD and etc.. The temperature sensing behavior was studied. And the results indicated that the SMIE-Ag resistors showed good temperature sensitive behavior within-20 to 200?C. The developed Ag RTD sensors can be used for on-site temperature detection in flexible electronics.
