【摘要】 目前我国医学生的创新能力普遍欠缺,其根源在于教学与研究脱节,即科教游离,最终制约了医学生创新能力发展。科教融合因强调科研育人的功能、促进科研与教学相长以及在学生创新意识培养方面的优势而成为我国医学生创新能力培养的必由之路。医科院校应该在科教融合理念指导下,优化课程体系、构建启发式教学模式、改革教学内容、加强教师队伍建设、完善相关制度、加大科研投入,以此培养学生的创新能力。更多还原

【Abstract】 At present,innovative ability of China’s medical students is deficient. The reason lies in the gap between teaching and research,science and education,which restricts the development of their creative abilities. The fusion of science and scientific research emphasizes on the function of educating people,and promotes scientific research and innovation consciousness of students in teaching,which benefits teachers as well as students. So it becomes the only way to cultivate students’ innovation ability in China medical school.Under the guidance of the concept of integration of science and education,medical colleges should optimize the curriculum system,construct the heuristic teaching mode,reform the teaching content,strengthen the construction of teachers,improve the relevant system,and increase investment in scientific research in order to cultivate students’ innovation abilities.更多还原
