【摘要】 大学生自主创业作为大学生就业的重要支撑,受到社会各界广泛关注。目前对大学生创业的研究多集中于环境因素、社会政策因素等外部因素对成功创业的影响,研究大学生自身内部因素对成功创业的影响并不多。以自我效能感作为影响大学生成功创业的内在因素,分别从影响潜在创业大学生的创业意向、创业行为和创业绩效三个重要指标阐述自我效能感对大学生成功创业的影响,对大学生创业教育具有非常重要的指导意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 As a key support of university students’ employment,college students’ self- employment is widespread concerned by the community. At present,the research of the college students’ entrepreneurship more focused on environmental factors,external factors such as social policy factors to a successful business,while the influence of internal factors on the college students themselves successful entrepreneurial research is not much. In this thesis,as internal factors,self- efficacy affect college students successful entrepreneurship,respectively from potential business colleges’ entrepreneurial intention,entrepreneurship,entrepreneurial performance to expound the significance of self- efficacy influential in successful entrepreneurship for college students.更多还原
