【摘要】 目的探讨快速康复外科理念下集束化管理在结直肠癌患者围手术期护理的应用效果。方法将本院2015年1月至2016年5月收治的70例择期手术的结直肠癌患者随机平均分为对照组和实验组。对照组患者采用常规护理方法,实验组患者采用快速康复外科理念下集束化管理护理方法,具体为:分五个时间段进行详细的宣教,调整患者的最佳状态,术后早进食、早下床活动、早拔管等。评价两组并发症的发生率、统计住院时间和进行满意度调查。结果与对照组相比,实验组术后并发症的发生率为5.7%,明显少于对照组的57.1%(χ~2=21.477,P<0.001);实验组在促进胃肠功能恢复、缩短平均住院时间、提高患者的满意度方面,与对照组的差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对结直肠癌患者围手术期实施快速康复外科理念下集束化管理,可促进患者术后康复的速度,缩短平均住院时间,降低术后并发症发生率,提高患者的满意度,效果显著。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the application of cluster management in perioperative nursing of patients with colorectal cancer under the concept of fast track surgery.Methods 70 cases of colorectal cancer in our hospital were randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group in 2015.Compared with the control group,the routine nursing method was used in the perioperative period,and the nursing methods of cluster management in the experimental group were analyzed and compared with the two groups.Results Compared with the conventional nursing,the experimental group can reduce the postoperative complications,shorten the average length of stay,improved the satisfaction of patients.Conclusions In the perioperative period of colorectal cancer patients,the implementation of the concept of rapid rehabilitation surgery cluster management,can promote the rate of postoperative recovery of patients,reduce the incidence of postoperative complications,improve patient satisfaction,the effect is significant.更多还原
