【摘要】 目的比较两种短效曲普瑞林降调节方案在诱发排卵中的效果。方法将接受超促排卵降调节长方案的250例患者分为两组:A组,124例:月经第21天起短效曲普瑞林0.1 mg/d皮下注射,直至注射HCG日;B组,126例:月经周期第21天起短效曲普瑞林0.1 mg/d皮下注射,10 d后改0.05 mg/d直至注射HCG日。比较两组的降调节后的LH水平、Gn用量、获卵数、受精数、优质胚胎数及妊娠率。结果 A组的LH水平低于B组(P<0.05),A组的Gn用量及用药时间均高于B组,但差异无显著性(P>0.05),A组的获卵数、受精数、优质胚胎数及妊娠率低于B组(54.8%vs 58.7%),妊娠率有增高趋势,但差异无显著性。结论短效曲普瑞林减量方案不但可以提高妊娠率,而且可减少Gn用量和用药时间,减轻患者的经济负担,是一种效果好、安全的超促排卵方案。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To compare the effects of two kinds of short acting triptorelin acetate down regulation protocol on the controlled ovulation hyper-stimulation in vitro fertilization and embryo transfer( IVF-ET).Methods Two hundred and fifty cases who received long protocol IVF- ET were divided into two groups.There were one hundred and twenty-four cases in group A,0.1mg triptorelin subcutaneous injected daily starting in mid-luteal phase of the previous menstrual cycle( day 21) until HCG Administration. In group B,there were one hundred and twenty-six cases,0.1mg triptorelin subcutaneous injected daily starting in mid-luteal phase of the previous menstrual cycle( day 21) and continuing for ten days,triptorelin reduced to 0. 05 mg until HCG administration. The value of LH,the dose of Gn,the number of oocyte retrieved,fertilized oocyte and good quality embryos,and the rate of pregnancy after down regulation were compared separately. Results Comparing with group B,the value of LH of group A were significantly higher( P<0.05). The dose of Gn and continuing time in group A were higher,but there were no significant difference( P > 0. 05). The number of oocyte retrieved,fertilized oocyte,good quality embryos and the rate of pregnancy of group A were lower than group B,the pregnancy rate increased in group B( 54.8% vs 58.7%),but there were no significant difference. Conclusions Short acting triptorelin reduction scheme can not only improve the pregnancy rate,and can reduce Gn dosage and Gn continuing days,as well as reduce the economy burden. It’s an effective and safe ovulation hyper-stimulation scheme.更多还原
