【摘要】 目的分析牙周炎牙根纵裂的病因、临床特点,探讨其预防措施。方法临床诊断为慢性牙周炎牙根纵裂患者33例,33颗牙,对其牙周情况、咬合特征、患根分布及X线片表现进行分析研究。结果本组牙周炎牙根纵裂均发生在40岁以上;多以牙周炎为主诉前来就诊,占93.9%;其中下颌第一磨牙牙根纵裂发生率较高;牙周检查均可见一定程度的牙周组织破坏、牙槽骨吸收,大部分患牙存在咬合创伤或咬合创伤易感因素。结论慢性牙周炎引起的牙龈萎缩、牙槽骨吸收等支持组织缺失及咬合创伤是牙根纵裂的主要原因,临床上要尽量消除引起牙周炎咬合创伤的因素,减少牙根纵裂的发生。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the clinical characteristics and the causes of vertical root fracture in patients with periodontitis and to explore the new protective and therapeutic methods.Methods 33 teeth of vertical root fracture in 33 patients with chronic periodontitis were investigated.Periodontitis condition,occlusal relationship,vertical root fracture and radiographic examination of patients were analyzed.Results The vertical root fracture occurred in the groups of patients over the age of 40 in my study.93.9 percent of patients went to thehospital because of periodontitis.There werehigher morbidity of vertical root fracture at mandibular first.Periodontitis examination showed periodontal tissue destruction and alveolar loss in all patients.Most teeth with vertical root fracturehad tooth occlusal trauma or occlusal trauma susceptible factors.Conclusions Periodontitis with periodontal tissue destruction and the occlusal trauma were the main factors to vertical root fracture.We should try to eliminate the cause of occlusal trauma in periodontitis,reduce the incidence of vertical root fracture.更多还原
