徐州和南通地区育龄妇女与孕妇血清微量元素水平比较分析

【摘要】 目的探讨徐州和南通地区非孕期育龄妇女(非孕组)与中孕期孕妇(中孕组)血清中微量元素铜、锌、钙、镁、铁含量的差异性。方法检测徐州地区女性401例(非孕组101例,中孕组300例)、南通地区女性434例(非孕组121例,中孕组313例)血清中的铜、锌、钙、镁、铁含量,分析地区间的差异性。结果徐州地区非孕组、中孕组血清铜含量均低于南通地区非孕组、中孕组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);血清锌含量均高于南通地区,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);血清钙含量均高于南通地区,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两地区非孕组、中孕组血清镁、铁比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论徐州地区与南通地区非孕组及中孕组孕妇体内微量元素铜、锌、钙含量存在差异,考虑与地域差异和饮食习惯有关。根据各种微量元素含量特点予以补充,满足母儿需求。

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the difference of level of trace elements in the serum including copper,zinc,calcium,magnesium and iron of non-pregnant women at childbearing age( non-pregnant group)and pregnant women( pregnant group) in Nantong and Xuzhou. Methods To detect the level of copper,zinc,calcium,magnesium and iron in serum of 401 cases female in Xuzhou,including 101 cases of non- pregnancy group and 300 cases of the pregnant group; To detect the above trace elements of 434 cases female in Nantong( 121 cases of non-pregnancy group and 313 cases of the pregnant group) using the same method. And then analyzed the differences between the two regions. Results The level of copper in non- pregnant group and pregnant group in Xuzhou were both lower than those in Nantong,the differences were statistically significant( P<0.05). The concentration of zinc and calcium of both groups were significantly higher than those in Nantong( P<0.05).There was no difference of magnesium and iron in both groups between two areas( P>0.05).Conclusions The copper,zinc,calcium content of non- pregnant group and pregnant group in Xuzhou were different from that in Nantong,considering owing to regional differences and different eating habits. Supplemented in accordance with various features of the level of trace elements,to meet the needs of female and children.
