【摘要】 目的探究恶性肿瘤患者采用氩氦刀冷冻消融治疗中的并发症护理要点。方法在我院于2015年6月至2016年6月间收治的恶性肿瘤患者中随机抽取出80例为研究对象,全部患者均在我院接受氩氦刀冷冻消融术治疗,按照护理方法的不同将其分入到观察组和对照组中,其中观察组患者采用预防性护理,对照组患者采用常规护理,对比分析两组患者的术后并发症发生率、护理满意度等指标。结果观察组患者的术后并发症发生率15.0%显著低于对照组37.5%,P<0.05;且观察组患者的护理满意度评分更高,P<0.05。结论行氩氦刀冷冻消融术治疗的恶性肿瘤患者采取预防性护理措施有助于预防术后并发症的发生,提高患者的生活质量,值得推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the main points of nursing for patients suffering malignant tumor treated by argon helium knife. Methods 80 cases of patients with malignant tumor hospitalized in our hospital between June 2015 and June 2016 were randomly extracted as the object of study. All the patients in our hospital accepted argon helium cryoablation therapy,according to different nursing methods they were divided into the observation group and the control group,the observation group adopted preventive care,while the control group were treated with routine nursing. Comparatively analyzed postoperative complications rate and nursing satisfaction of the two groups. Results The incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group 15% was significantly lower than that of the control group 37. 5%,P < 0. 05; and the observation group patients ’ care satisfaction scores were higher,P < 0. 05. Conclusions The preventive nursing measures for patients with malignant tumor treated by argon helium knife is helpful to prevent the occurrence of postoperative complications,improve the quality of life of patients,it is worthy of popularization and application.更多还原
