【摘要】 目的探讨和对比分析腹腔镜肠粘连松解术与开腹肠粘连松解术的临床效果。方法将本院2012年10月至2015年10月收治的粘连性肠梗阻患者120例作为研究对象,按手术方式不同将患者分为腹腔镜组和开腹手术组,每组60例。腹腔镜组的治疗方式为经腹腔镜肠粘连松解术,开腹手术组患者的治疗方式为开腹肠粘连松解术。回顾性分析两组患者的手术持续时间长短、肠道功能恢复时间、出血总量、并发症的情况及住院日。结果腹腔镜组患者的手术持续时间、术后肠道的恢复时间、术中出血总量以及住院日显著少于开腹手术组(P<0.05),并且术后并发症发生情况显著低于开腹手术组(P<0.05)。结论出血少、手术时间短、并发症少以及术后恢复快等是腹腔镜肠粘连松解术的优点。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate and analyze the clinical effect of laparotomy and laparoscope treatment of abdominal cavity adhesions. Methods In our hospital, from November 2012 to 2015 from November,a total 120 cases of abdominal cavity adhesion patients were included as the research objects.According to the surgical approaches, they were divided into laparoscope group and laparotomy group.Laparoscope group adopts laparoscope and laparotomy group adopted laparotomy for treatment of abdominal cavity adhesions. The operating time,intra-operative blood loss,incidence of complications,postoperative recovery time of bowel movement and length of hospital stay of the two groups were compared respectively. Results The operation time, intraoperative blood loss, hospital stay, postoperative intestinal peristalsis recovery time,postoperative analgesia percentage and the complication rate of laparoscope group were significantly less than the laparotomy group( P < 0. 05). Conclusions Compared with open enterodialysis,laparoscopic enterodialysis has advantages of short operation time,less blood loss,rapid recovery and fewer complications.更多还原
