人工流产术后采用人工周期治疗防止宫腔粘连的临床分组对照研究
Control study on the clinical effect of artificial cycle therapy in the prevention of intrauterine adhesions after artificial abortion
【摘要】 目的研究人工流产术后采用人工周期治疗对宫腔粘连的预防效果。方法抽选出2014年12月至2015年12月妇科收治的行人工流产术的104例患者展开研究,根据治疗的方法不同将其分为治疗组(52例,人工流产术后行人工周期治疗)和对照组(52例,人工流产术后采用妈富隆治疗),分析比较两组治疗后临床疗效和宫腔粘连情况。结果治疗组患者服用药物21 d后,子宫内膜厚度、月经恢复时间、术后半年月经量恢复均优于对照组(P<0.05),治疗组术后总粘连率5.77%低于对照组的19.23%;且总不良反应率为7.69%低于对照组的21.15%,组间比较差异显著(P<0.05)。结论人工流产术后采用人工周期治疗对宫腔粘连的预防效果好,且有效改善术后月经紊乱现象,安全有效,值得在临床推荐使用。
【Abstract】 Objective To study the effect of artificial cycle therapy on the prevention of intrauterine adhesions after induced abortion. Methods Selected 104 patients admitted to department of gynaecology for artificial abortion during December 2014 and December 2015 for the study,according to the different treatment methods they were divided into treatment group( 52 cases,received artificial cycle therapy after artificial abortion) and control group( 52 cases,got the treatment of Marvelon after artificial abortion),analyzed and compared the clinical efficacy and uterine cavity adhesion status of two groups. Results Been treated by drug for21 d,endometrial thickness,menstrual recovery time,and half month postoperative menstruation recovery of treatment group were better than those of the control group( P < 0. 05). In the treatment group,total adhesion rate was 5. 77% which was lower than that of the control group( 19. 23%),and the total adverse reaction rate( 7. 69%) was lower than that of the control group( 21. 15%) too,the differences were statistically significant( P < 0. 05). Conclusions The artificial cycle has effective preventive effect on intrauterine adhesions after artificial abortion,and it can effectively improve the postoperative menstrual disorder,it is safe and effective,so it is worth to be recommended in clinical practice.
