HD、HP+HD、HDF三种血液净化前后血清同型半胱氨酸水平及微炎性状态的变化

【摘要】 目的分析HD、HP+HD、HDF三种血液净化前后血清同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)水平及微炎性状态的变化。方法将180例维持血液透析患者随机分为A、B、C三组各60例,分别给予HD、HDF、HP+HD,对比血液净化前后Hcy变化及炎性状态变化。结果 C组治疗后2 h、6个月Hcy含量明显低于A、B两组,C组患者治疗后PTH、Leptin、β2-MG、TNF-α、IL-6较A组、B组明显降低,Hb、ALB明显高于A、B两组,差异具有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论对慢性肾功能衰竭患者采取HP+HD治疗,可降低患者Hcy含量,提高患者营养状况,改善机体微炎性状态。

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the changes of serum homocysteine( Hcy) level and micro inflammatory state in patients who received the treatment of HD,HP + HD and HDF. Methods 180 cases of patients receiving maintenance hemodialysis were randomly divided into three groups( A,B and C),60 cases in each group. They were given the treatment of HDF,HD,and HP + HD respectively,the changes of Hcy and micro inflammatory state were compared before and after blood purification. Results Two hours and 6 months after the treatment,the concentration of Hcy in Group C was significantly lower than that in group A and B.However,the concentration of PTH,Leptin,β2- MG,TNF- α and IL- 6 in group C were significantly lower than that in group A and B. Hb and ALB levels in group C were significantly higher than group A and B,the differences were statistically significant,P < 0. 05. Conclusions HP + HD can reduce the Hcy content of chronic renal failure patients,as well as improve the nutritional status and Micro inflammatory state of patients.
