交流电对X70钢在大港土壤溶液中腐蚀行为研究

【摘要】 采用电化学测试技术、浸泡实验和表面分析技术研究了不同交流电密度(0~300A/m~2)对X70钢在大港土壤溶液中腐蚀行为的影响。结果表明:随着交流电密度的增加,X70钢的腐蚀电位逐渐负移,耐腐蚀能力下降。随着交流密度的增加,X70钢的腐蚀速率增加,腐蚀电流密度增大,交流电密度增大到100A/m~2时的腐蚀速率大约为不施加交流电干扰时的两倍。当交流电密度大于100A/m~2时,X70钢内层的腐蚀产物越难用棉棒除去;在不加交流电和低交流电密度(小于30A/m~2)下X70钢的腐蚀形态为均匀腐蚀,当交流电密度大于30A/m~2时X70的腐蚀形态为局部腐蚀,腐蚀坑的深度和直径增大。

【Abstract】 The effects of alternating current(AC) current denstity(0-300A/m~2) on the corrosion behavior of X80 steel in Dagang soil simulated solution was studied by electrochemical test, immersion tested and surface analysied technology. The rusults show that with the increase of the density of AC, the corrosion potential of X70 steel shift negatively, and the corrosion resistance of the steel is decreased. With the increase of the AC density, the corrosion rates of X70 steel increase, the corrosion current density increases, and the corrosion rate increases to two times of the AC interference when the AC density increases to 100A/m~2. When the current density is greater than 100A/m~2, the corrosion products of X70 steel lining of the more difficult to use cotton swab to remove; in the absence of alternating current and low current density(less than 30A/m~2) the corrosion morphology of X70 steel under uniform corrosion, the corrosion morphology when alternating current density is greater than 30A/m~2 X70 for localized corrosion, corrosion pit depth and diameter.
