【摘要】 目的探究MRI在乳腺肿瘤临床诊断中的应用价值及进展。方法选取台州市立医院2013-02-2016-02收治83例经手术及病理检查确诊的乳腺肿瘤患者作为研究对象,回顾分析MRI特征,明确良、恶性乳腺病灶的影像学特点,探讨MRI检查的准确性。结果 MRI检查结果与术后病理检查结果相比,83例患者中乳腺MRI发现良性肿瘤32例,恶性肿瘤43例,误诊8例,诊断率为90.4%。结论 MRI是一种准确性和敏感性较高的检查方式,在乳腺肿瘤临床诊断中的应用具有明显优势,能大幅提升诊断准确率。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To explore the application value of MRI in the diagnosis of breast cancer and its progress.METHODS Choose 83 cases confirmed by surgery and pathological examination of breast cancer patients as the research object,all patients were admitted to our hospital during the period from February 2013 to February 2016,a retrospective analysis of MRI features,the imaging features of benign and malignant breast lesions,to explore the accuracy of MRI.RESULTS The results of MRI were compared with the results of postoperative pathological examination,of 83 cases of patients with breast MRI found 32 cases of benign tumors,43 cases of malignant tumor,8cases of misdiagnosis,the diagnosis rate was 90.4%.CONCLUSIONS MRI is a highly accurate and sensitive test method,in the clinical diagnosis of breast cancer has obvious advantages,can significantly improve the accuracy of diagnosis.更多还原
