【摘要】 目的探究胃癌患者在围手术期应用舒适护理的效果。方法以我院收治的80例胃癌行手术治疗患者为研究对象,按入院先后顺序随机分为实验组和对照组,分别采取舒适护理和常规护理方法,研究两组患者的护理满意度和住院、卧床时间比较。结果实验组患者在住院时间和卧床时间上均较对照组少,且两组比较差异有统计学意义,P<0.05;实验组患者对护理工作的满意度为100%,对照组满意度为87.5%,两组比较差异有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论对胃癌围手术期患者实施舒适护理可有效的提高护理满意度和患者的治疗效果,值得在临床中推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To explore the perioperative application of comfortable nursing in patients with gastric cancer.METHODS In our hospital 80 cases of gastric cancer patients with surgical treatment as the research object,according to admission order were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,take the comfortable nursing and conventional nursing methods respectively,studies two groups of patients satisfaction with nursing care and hospitalization,and stay in bed for a little time.RESULTS The patients on the length of hospital stay and bed time are relatively less than control,and the comparison of two groups of difference to be markedly,with statistical significance(P<0.05);Experimental group patients to nursing job satisfaction was 100%,the control degree of satisfaction was 87.5%,two groups of comparison difference to be markedly,with statistical significance(P<0.05).CONCLUSIONS Implement comfortable nursing to patients with gastric cancer perioperative can effectively improve the therapeutic effect of nursing satisfaction and patient,is worth popularizing in clinical application.更多还原
