【摘要】 目的探讨手术防粘连液在结肠癌手术中预防、治疗肠粘连及粘连性肠梗阻的临床作用。方法选取2013-01-2015-12结肠癌手术患者100例。将患者随机分为两组,实验组及对照组,每组50例。试验组在术中将手术防粘连液喷洒于手术创面、肠管受损的浆膜面和切口周围腹壁。对照组则不使用该防粘连液。术后观察患者肠管通气、排便时间及术后2周的阵发性腹痛、腹胀、嗳气、排气不畅及肠梗阻等反映胃肠功能的相关指标。结果两组患者一般情况及手术方式分布差异没有统计学意义(P>0.05)。实验组患者在肠管通气、排便时间及术后2周的阵发性腹痛、腹胀、嗳气、排气不畅及肠梗阻等指标方面和对照组相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论结肠癌手术中使用手术防粘连液,不仅预防、治疗腹部肠粘连及粘连性肠梗阻,减轻腹痛等手术并发症,而且促进患者术后胃肠道功能及呼吸功能恢复,有利于患者手术康复及提高患者术后生活质量,值得临床推广使用。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To investigate the clinic effects of the surgical anti-adhering liquid in the prevention and treatment of intestinal adhesion and adhesion obstruction in the operation of colon cancer.METHODS From January 2011 to December 2014 in qingzhou people’s hospital,100 cases of colon cancer surgery patients were randomly divided into two groups,the experimental group and the control group,each group were 50 cases.In the experimental group,the Surgical anti-adhering liquid was sprayed the Surgical wound,insufflate the serosal surface of damaged and abdominal wall around the incision during the operation,and the control group did not use the surgical anti-adhering liquid.The related indexes of reflecting the gastrointestinal function in patients were observed such as intestinal ventilation,defecation time and after2 weeks of paroxysmal abdominal pain,bloating,belching,unsmooth exhaust and intestinal obstruction after operation.RESULTS Two groups of patients with general condition and operation method distribution difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Experimental group patients in association with ventilation,defecation time and postoperative2 week of paroxysmal abdominal pain,abdominal distention,belching,poor exhaust and intestinal obstruction and other indicators and the control group compared with the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).CONCLUSIONSThe anti-adhering liquid was applied in the colon cancer surgery operation,not only to prevent,treatment of abdominal adhesion and adhesive intestinal obstruction,reduce abdominal pain and other complications,and promote postoperative recovery of gastrointestinal function and respiratory function,to surgical patients rehabilitation and improve the patients quality of life,worthy of clinical use.更多还原
