【摘要】 目的探讨多西紫杉醇腹腔热灌注化疗治疗老年胃癌并恶性腹水的临床效果。方法将泰州市人民医院抽选的78例老年胃癌并恶性腹水患者随机分为两组,各组39例,对照组行顺铂腹腔热灌注化疗,观察组行多西紫杉醇腹腔热灌注化疗,观察两组治疗效果。结果观察组治疗总有效率明显高于对照组,且未出现严重不良反应,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论多西紫杉醇腹腔热灌注化疗治疗老年胃癌并恶性腹水疗效确切,安全性高,值得推广使用。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE elderly patients with malignant ascites secondary to unresectable gastric cancer received docetaxel intraperitoneal hyperthermic perfusion chemotherapy,and the clinical effect were observed.METHODS 78 cases of elderly patients with malignant ascites secondary to gastric cancer were randomly divided into two groups,39 cases in each group,control group treated with cisplatin intraperitoneal hyperthermic perfusion chemotherapy,treatment group received docetaxel intraperitoneal hyperthermic perfusion chemotherapy,the therapeutic effect of the two groups were observed.RESULTS the total effective rate of treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and no serious side-effect appeared,the statistically significant difference(P<0.05)were observed between two groups.CONCLUSIONthe clinical curative effect of the treatment of elderly patients with malignant ascites secondary to gastric cancer by using docetaxel intraperitoneal hyperthermic perfusion chemotherapy training is significant,with less complications,worthy of clinical application.更多还原
