【摘要】 目的手术是治疗胃肠肿瘤的重要方法,但是切口感染是手术的主要并发症之一。本研究旨在探索丹参酮ⅡA磺酸钠注射液对胃肠肿瘤患者手术切口愈合的影响。方法选取2014-01-01-2015-06-30长清区人民医院80例手术治疗的胃肠肿瘤患者为研究对象,根据治疗方法分为对照组(常规用药组)和实验组(加用丹参酮ⅡA磺酸钠注射液组)各40例。将两组患者切口愈合时间、不良情况发生率及术前、术后1、3和5d的炎性因子C反应蛋白及全血黏度水平进行比较。结果实验组切口愈合时间为(7.2±0.8)d,低于对照组的(9.9±0.9)d;不良反应发生率为7.5%,低于对照组的25%,差异有统计学意义,P<0.05。术后1、3和5d的C反应蛋白及全血黏度水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论丹参酮ⅡA磺酸钠注射液可有效降低炎性因子和血液黏度从而促进胃肠肿瘤患者手术切口愈合。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE Operation is an important method of clinical treatment of gastrointestnal tumors,but surgical incision infection is one of the major complications of operation.This study aims to investigate the influence of Sodium sulfonateⅡA injection to the incision healing of gastrointestinal tumor patients.METHODS Total of 80 cases of gastrointestinal tumor patients were selected from January 1,2014 to June 30,2015 in our hospital,and they were randomly divided into control group(routine medicine)and therapy group(sodium sulfonateⅡA injection added),40 cases one group to compare the incision healing time and the incidence of adverse conditions,and the inflammatory cytokine CRP and blood viscosity of pre-operation and d1,d3,d5 after operation of the two groups.RESULTS The incision healing time of the therapy group[(7.2±0.8)d]was shorter than that of the control group[(9.9±0.9)d],and the incidence of adverse conditions(7.5%)was lower than that of the control group(25%).The CRP and blood viscosity of d1,d3,d5 after operation in the therapy group was lower than that in the control group with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).CONCLUSIONS The sodium sulfonate ⅡA injection can promote the incision healing of gastrointestinal tumor patients with operational therapy through effectively reducing the inflammation factor and the blood viscosity.更多还原
