【摘要】 目的:探讨快速康复外科规范镇痛在肛周疾病围术期患者中的应用方法及效果。方法:将192例肛周疾病围术期患者按入院时间分为对照组97例和干预组95例,对照组给予常规镇痛,干预组实施快速康复外科规范镇痛,比较两组镇痛效果。结果:干预组术后数字疼痛强度量表(NRS)评分低于对照组(P<0.01),尿潴留、出血、发热、肛缘水肿发生率低于对照组(P<0.05),术后康复指标优于对照组(P<0.01),镇痛满意度高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:快速康复外科规范镇痛能有效减轻肛周疾病围术期患者的疼痛强度,降低不良反应发生率,提高患者镇痛满意度,促进患者康复。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To explore the application method and effects of the standard analgesia in the perioperative period of the patients with the rapid rehabilitation surgery. Methods: A total of 192 cases were divided into the control group and the intervention group with 97 cases in the control group and 95 cases in the control group. The control group received routine analgesia,while the intervention group was given the standard of rapid rehabilitation surgery. The analgesic effects of the two groups were compared. Results: Digital pain intensity scale of the intervention group( NRS) was lower than that of the control group( P < 0. 01). Urinary retention,bleeding,fever,perianal edema in the intervention group was lower than that in the control group( P < 0. 05),and postoperative rehabilitation index in the intervention group is significantly better than that in the control group( P < 0. 01). Patients satisfaction in the intervention group was higher than that in the control group( P < 0. 01). Conclusion: Rapid rehabilitation surgical standard analgesia can effectively relieve pain intensity,reduce the incidence of adverse reactions,improve patients analgesia satisfaction,and promote the rehabilitation of patients.更多还原
