【摘要】 目的:探讨社区综合护理对提高更年期骨质疏松症(OP)患者生活质量的影响。方法:将86例更年期OP患者随机分为观察组和对照组各43例,对照组给予常规治疗和健康教育,观察组采用社区综合护理,比较两组骨密度、相关知识掌握情况及生活质量。结果:观察组骨密度、相关知识掌握情况及生活质量均高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:充分利用社区卫生资源对更年期OP患者进行针对性的综合护理,有效提高医疗机构的康复治疗效果、患者自我照料水平及配合治疗程度,从而提高其生活质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: Explore the effects of conprehensive community care to improve the quality of life of the patients with menopausal osteoporosis. Methods: 86 cases with menopausal osteoporosis in community as the research object were randomly divided into observation group( n = 43) and control group( n = 43). The observation group was treated with comprehensive community care,while the control group was only treated with routine treatment and health education in order to compare the differences of bone mineral density,relevant knowledge and quality of life between the two groups. Results: The bone mineral density,relevant knowledge and overall quality of life in the observation group was significantly higher than the control group( P < 0. 01).
