【摘要】 目的:探讨健康教育路径在慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)患者中的应用效果。方法:将98例COPD患者按随机数字表法分为观察组50例和对照组48例,两组患者中出现变异3例(观察组2例、对照组1例),观察组2例自动退出,最终纳入观察组46例,对照组47例。对照组接受COPD疾病护理常规健康教育;观察组由责任护士严格按照制定好的COPD健康教育路径表单内容进行健康教育。两组患者入院时和出院时分别进行自我护理能力测定量表和健康促进生活方式量表调查。结果:两组患者自我护理技能、自我责任感、健康知识水平、自我概念得分较干预前明显改善(P<0.05),观察组改善程度明显优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组健康责任、运动、压力应对、自我实现各维度改善情况较对照组明显改善(P<0.05)。结论:健康教育路径可提高COPD患者的自我护理能力和健康行为水平。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the effect of health education path in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease( COPD).Methods: 98 patients with COPD were divided into the observation group( n = 50) and the control group( n = 48),the variation appeared in3 cases( 2 cases in the observation group and 1 case in the control group),two patients in the observation group quitted,finally 46 cases were in the observation group and 47 cases in the control group. The patients in the control group received routine health education and the patients in the observation group were given health education by primary nurse in accordance with the health education path. The self- care ability and health behavior of the patients were assessed in the two groups on admission and at discharge. Results: The self- care ability,self- responsibility,the awareness of health knowledge and self- concept of the patients significantly improved after the intervention in the two groups compared with those before the intervention( P < 0. 05); the improvement of the patients’ conditions were better in the observation group than the control group( P < 0. 05); the improvement of each dimension like health responsibility,exercise,stress coping and self realization of the patients was better in the observation group compared with the control group( P < 0. 05). Conclusion: Application of health education path can improve self- care ability and health behavior of patients with COPD.更多还原
