【摘要】 目的:探讨电话随访对结肠息肉切除术后患者的影响。方法:将103例结肠息肉切除术后患者按照是否接受电话随访分为观察组55例和对照组48例,患者出院时均发放生活指引单,观察组接受电话随访,对照组未接受电话随访,比较两组生活指引单依从性、结肠息肉发生情况、腹部症状及生活满意度。结果:电话随访2年后,观察组生活指引单依从性明显提高,腹部症状发生率降低,腹疾就医次数和结肠息肉再发生减少,生活满意度提高,与对照组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:实行生活指引随访可有效提高结肠息肉切除术后患者的依从性和巩固临床治疗效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the effect of telephone follow- up on the postoperative patients after resection of colonic polyps.Methods: 103 patients undergoing resection of colon polyps were divided into the observation group( n = 55) and the control group( n = 48)according to the acceptance of the telephone follow- up. The patients in the observation group accepted telephone follow- up and the patients in the control group did not accept the telephone follow- up,the patient’s compliance of life guidance,the occurrence of colonic polyps,abdominal symptoms and life satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results: There were statistically significant differences in the comparison of the patient’s compliance of life guidance,the occurrence of colonic polyps,abdominal symptoms and life satisfaction between the two groups after 2- year telephone follow- up( P < 0. 05). Conclusion: The telephone follow- up can effectively improve the treatment compliance of the patients and consolidate the effect of clinical treatment after resection of colonic polyps.更多还原
