【摘要】 目的:探讨动机性访谈对持续非卧床腹膜透析患者容量控制的影响。方法:将84例持续非卧床腹膜透析患者随机分为干预组和对照组各42例,对照组给予传统的健康教育,干预组在此基础上给予动机性访谈干预。干预时间均为6个月。干预前及干预后6个月分别评估两组容量控制指标、营养状况指标以及水肿情况。结果:干预6个月后,两组体重、24 h尿量和24 h超滤量比较稳定,干预组血压改善情况明显好于对照组(P<0.05),干预组干预后血清前白蛋白明显升高(P<0.05);在患者水肿情况方面,干预组水肿状况改善尤为明显(P<0.05)。结论:以动机性访谈为理论基础的行为干预在持续非卧床腹膜透析患者的容量控制中起到了有效的作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To explore the effect of the motivational interviewing on the capacity control in ambulatory patients undergoing continuous peritoneal dialysis. Methods: 84 ambulatory patients undergoing continuous peritoneal dialysis were randomly divided into the intervention group and the control group( 42 cases in each group). The conventional health education was given to the patients in the control group and the motivational interviewing intervention was additionally provided for the patients in the intervention group,the intervention lasted 6 months in the two groups. The capacity control index,nutritional status and edema of the patients were evaluated in both groups before and after 6 months of the intervention. Results: The body weight,urine volume and ultrafiltration volume within 24 hours was stable after the intervention for 6 months in the two groups,and the improvement of blood pressure of the patients in the intervention group was significantly better than the control group( P < 0. 05); serum prealbumin increased significantly in the intervention group after the intervention( P <0. 05); remission of edema of the patients was obvious in the intervention group( P < 0. 05). Conclusion: The behavioral intervention based on motivational interviewing plays an effective role in the capacity control in ambulatory patients undergoing continuous peritoneal dialysis.更多还原
