【摘要】 目的:探讨热熨护理联合得舒特对脾肾阳虚型肠易激综合征患者的影响。方法:将210例脾肾阳虚型肠易激综合征患者随机分为A、B、C三组各70例,A组给予口服得舒特及常规护理,B组在A组基础上联合中药包腹部热熨法护理,C组在A组基础上联合纯盐包腹部热熨法护理。经过4周治疗、护理后观察三组治疗前后各症状改善情况及综合症状疗效。结果:A、B、C组治疗后腹痛、腹泻次数、腹胀、黏液便、大便性状均减轻,其中B组腹痛、腹泻、腹胀、黏液便、大便性状均显著减轻(P<0.01),C组腹痛、腹胀症状减轻(P<0.05);B组治疗效果明显优于C组(P<0.05)。结论:联合热熨法护理能有效改善肠易激综合征的腹痛、腹胀症状,联合中药包热熨法疗效明显优于联合纯盐包的护理效果,中药包热熨法护理联合得舒特对脾肾阳虚型肠易激综合征有显著治疗效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To explore the effect of the hot compress combined with Dicetel on irritable bowel syndrome characterized by Yang deficiency in spleen and kidney. Methods: 210 cases which met the diagnostic criteria were randomly divided into three groups( group A,B and C,70 cases in each group). The patients in group A were treated with oral " Dicetel" and given routine nursing care; the patients in group B were treated with oral " Dicetel" and given routine nursing care combined with abdominal fomentation method with TCM; the patients in group C were given abdominal hot compress with pure salt package based on the treatment and nursing care in group A. After 4weeks of treatment and nursing care,the improvement of the patients and the efficacy of the treatment were observed in the three groups before and after the treatment. Results: The symptoms like abdominal pain,diarrhea,abdominal distension and mucus stool were relieved in group A,B and C after the treatment and the symptoms mentioned were markedly alleviated in group B( P < 0. 01); abdominal pain and distension were relieved in group C( P < 0. 05); the treatment effect was superior in group B to that in group C( P < 0. 05). Conclusion:The hot compress combined with Dicetel can significantly relieve abdominal pain and distention of irritable bowel syndrome,the curative effect of hot compress with TCM is obviously better than that with pure salt package.更多还原
