【摘要】 目的:探讨康复护理对腰椎压缩性骨折患者的影响。方法:将120例腰椎压缩性骨折患者随机分为对照组和观察组各60例,对照组术后予以常规护理,观察组在常规护理基础上予以分阶段康复护理。采用日常生活活动能力评分表(Barthel指数)、OLBPDQ量表(ODI指数)进行评分,记录住院时间,评估腰椎功能改善情况。结果:观察组腰椎功能改善率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组护理后6个月ADL评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组护理后6个月生理领域、心理领域、独立性领域、环境领域、社会关系领域评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组住院时间明显短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:康复护理能够缓解腰椎压缩性骨折患者的临床症状,提高生活质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the effect of rehabilitation nursing on patients with lumbar vertebral compression fractures. Methods: 120 patients with lumbar vertebral compression fractures were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group( 60 cases in each group). The patients in the control group received routine nursing care after operation; the patients in the observation group were provided extra staged rehabilitation nursing. The ADL scale and OLBPDQ scale were used to evaluate the patient’s conditions and the improvement of lumbar function. Results: The improvement of lumbar function of the patients was significantly better in the observation group than that in the control group( P < 0. 05); the ADL score was significantly higher in the observation group than the control group after 6 months of nursing care( P < 0. 05); the scores of physiology,psychology,independence,environment and social relations were significantly higher in the observation group than the control group after 6 months of nursing care( P < 0. 05); the length of stay in hospital was significantly shorter in the observation group than the control group( P < 0. 05). Conclusion: Application of rehabilitation nursing can relieve the clinical symptoms and improve the quality of life of patients with lumbar vertebral compression fractures.更多还原
