【摘要】 目的观察补肾活血化瘀汤联合针灸治疗多囊卵巢综合征（PCOS）肾虚血瘀型致不孕的临床疗效。方法选取2013年10月—2015年10月在重庆市康华医院门诊就诊的PCOS肾虚血瘀型致不孕患者65例,根据随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组（n=32）。对照组患者给予枸橼酸氯米芬治疗,观察组患者给予补肾活血化瘀汤联合针灸治疗。比较两组患者临床疗效及治疗前后性激素水平、B超检查结果。结果观察组患者临床疗效优于对照组（P<0.05）。两组患者治疗前促黄体激素（LH）、促卵泡激素（FSH）、睾酮（T）、雌二醇（E₂）、泌乳素（PRL）比较,差异均无统计学意义（P>0.05）;观察组患者治疗后LH低于对照组,E₂高于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）;两组患者治疗后FSH、T、PRL比较,差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。两组患者治疗前子宫体积、左/右侧卵巢体积、左/右侧卵泡数比较,差异均无统计学意义（P>0.05）;两组患者治疗后子宫体积比较,差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）;观察组患者左/右侧卵巢体积、左/右侧卵泡数均低于对照组,差有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论补肾活血化瘀汤联合针灸治疗PCOS肾虚血瘀型致不孕的疗效确切,值得临床推广和应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the clinical effect of nourishing kidney and accelerating blood circulation decoction combined with acupuncture on infertility caused by polycystic ovary syndrome（PCOS） with kidney deficiency and blood stasis type.Methods A total of 65 infertility caused by PCOS with kidney deficiency and blood stasis type in Chongqing Kanghua Hospital from October 2013 to October 2015,and they were divided into observation group（n-33） and control group（n-32）according to random number table.Patients of control group were treated with clomiphene citrate,while patients of observation group were treated with nourishing kidney and accelerating blood circulation decoction combined with acupuncture.Clinical effect,sex hormone levels and B-ultrasound results before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results Clinical effect of observation group was statistically significantly better than that of control group（P<0.05）.Before treatment,no statistically significant differences of LH,FSH,T,E₂ or PRL was found between the two groups（P>0.05）;after treatment,LH of observation group was statistically significant lower than that of control group and E₂ of observation group was statistically significant higher than those of control group（P<0.05）,while no statistically significant differences of FSH,T or PRL was found between the two groups（P>0.05）.Before treatment,no statistically significant differences of uterine volume,left/right ovarian volume or left/right follicles was found between the two groups（P>0.05）;after treatment,no statistically significant differences of uterine volume was found between the two groups（P>0.05）,while left/right ovarian volume and left/right follicles of observation group were statistically significant lower than those of control group（P<0.05）.Conclusion Nourishing kidney and accelerating blood circulation decoction combined with acupuncture on infertility caused by PCOS with kidney deficiency and blood stasis type has an exact efficacy and is worthy of clinical application and promotion.更多还原
