【摘要】 目的初歩研究结核性缩窄性心包炎心电图特点并分析心电图在结核性缩窄性心包炎诊断中的应用价值。方法选取浙江省中西医结合医院2012年11月—2015年12月收治的结核性缩窄性心包炎住院患者103例,采用纳龙(Nalong电脑)心电采集系统在安静下行12导联(常规)心电图检查,总结12导联(常规)心电图特点。结果103例结核性缩窄性心包炎患者的心电图中,窦性心动过速69例,Ptfv1负值增大68例,肢体导联低电压63例,胸导联低电压35例,心房颤动21例,房性期前收缩17例,右束支传导阻滞17例,室性期前收缩11例,检出正常心电图3例。结论 12导联(常规)心电图可根据心率、Ptfvl负值增大、低电压、ST-T改变及有无心律失常,尤其是Ptfvl负值增大为临床诊断结核性缩窄性心包炎提供有力佐证。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To preliminarily study the characteristics of electrocardiogram of tuberculous constrictive pericarditis and to analyze the value of electrocardiogram in the diagnosis of tuberculous constrictive pericarditis.Methods 103 inpatients with tuberculous constrictive pericarditis admitted in Integrated Chinese and Western Medicine Hospital of Zhejiang Province from November 2012 to December 2015 were selected.12-lead(conventional) electrocardiogram examination was conducted by Nalong(Nalong computer) electrocardiogram acquisition system in a quiet state.The characteristics of 12-lead(conventional) electrocardiogram were summed up.Results Among 103 tuberculous constrictive pericarditis patients,69 cases had sinus tachycardia,68 cases’ negative Ptfvl increased,63 cases limb leaded low voltage,35 cases chest leaded low voltage,21 cases had atrial fibrillation,17 cases had atrial contraction,17 cases had right bundle branch block,11 cases had ventricular contraction,3 cases had normal electrocardiogram.Conclusion 12-lead(conventional) electrocardiogram can provide strong evidence for the clinical diagnosis of tuberculous constrictive pericarditis based on heart rate,the increase of negative Ptfvl,low voltage,ST-T changes and the presence of arrhythmia,especially the increase of negative Ptfv1.更多还原
