【摘要】 目的了解不同出生体质量儿的体格发育状况,并探讨其影响因素。方法选取在衢州市妇幼保健院接受系统管理的婴儿1201例,根据出生体质量分为低出生体质量组(LBW,体质量<2500 g,n=41)、正常出生体质量组(NBW,体质量2500~4000 g,n=1092)、巨大儿组(HBW,体质量>4 000 g,n=68)。比较3组婴儿出生、出生42d及出生:3、6、9、12个月的身高、体质量、BMI,以及母亲年龄、母亲文化程度、胎数、出生后喂养方式及孕周。结果不同出生体质量儿婴儿期的身高、体质量及BMI比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);不同时间点比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);出生体质量和时间在身高、体质量及BMI上存在交互作用(P<0.05)。不同出生体质量儿的母亲年龄、母亲文化程度、出生后喂养方式比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);胎数、孕周比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 LBW的体格发育状况较差,胎数和孕周是其影响因素。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Abstract J Objective To investigate the physical development status of different birth weight infants,and explore the influencing factors.Methods A total of 1 201 infants were selected in Quzhou Maternal and Child Health Care Hospital,and they were divided into LBW group(weight<2 500 g,n=41),NBW group(weight 2 500 ~ 4 000 g,n=1 092),HBW group(weight>4 000 g,n=68).The body height,body weight,BMI,and mother’s age,mother’s educational level,fetus number,feeding mode and gestational weeks when birth,and birth after 42 d,3 months,6 months,9 months,12 months were compared among the three groups.Results The body height,body weight,BMI of the three groups were statistically significantly different(P<0.05);the difference was statistically significant in different time points(P<0.05);there was interaction between groups and time points(P<0.05).No statistically significant differences of mother’ s age,mother’ s educational level,the way of feeding after birth was found among the three groups(P>0.05).There were statistically significantly differences in fetus number and gestational weeks among the 3 groups(P<0.05).Conclusion LBWs physical condition is poor,fetus number and gestational weeks are the influencing factors.更多还原
