重度牙周炎患牙拔后位点保存的临床观察
Severe periodontitis with tooth site preservation after clinical observation
【摘要】 目的观察重度牙周炎患牙拔除后应用位点保存技术修复重建已缺损牙槽骨并预防剩余牙槽骨吸收的临床效果。方法选取我院2012年3月~2013年10月就诊的牙周病需拔牙的患者22例为研究对象,随机分成两组,实验组在拔牙后的牙槽窝内即刻植入人工骨材料Bio-ss,且在其拔牙创口处覆盖Bio-Gide生物膜;对照组拔牙后彻底清创牙槽窝冲洗止血缝合。术后和半年后均拍摄X根尖片或全颌片,观察测量牙槽窝新形成的骨量。结果观察术后半年两组比较,可见实验组比对照组的牙槽窝内有明显的新骨形成,新再生牙槽骨嵴厚度大约在2.1~3.6 mm左右。结论重度牙周炎患牙拔除后应用位点保存术不仅可修复重建因牙周炎而缺损的部分牙槽骨,且防止拔牙后剩余牙槽骨的再吸收。保存并增加牙槽骨嵴的骨量,有利于后期的种植和义齿修复。
【Abstract】 Objective To observe the severe periodontitis with supernumerary application site preservation techniques after reconstruction of alveolar bone defect and prevent the clinical effect of residual alveolar bone resorption. methods 22 cases in our hospital from March 2012 to October 2013 the periodontal disease patients need extraction as the research object, randomly divided into two groups, the experimental group in the extraction socket in the immediate implantation of artificial bone material Bio-ss, and cover the Bio-Gide biofilm in the wound; the control group after extraction debridement of alveolar irrigation hemostatic suture. Postoperative and six months after the shooting of X dental or jaw plate, observation and measurement of alveolar fossa of newly formed bone mass.Results Six months after observing two groups of comparisons, visible experimental group than the control group of alveolar socket has obvious new bone formation new regenerated alveolar bone crest height about 2.1~ 3.6 mm. Conclusion Severe periodontitis with supernumerary application site preservation technique not only can repair after reconstruction of alveolar bone defect part for periodontitis and prevent after tooth extraction in the absorption of residual alveolar bone preserve and increase the alveolar bone crest bone mass is advantageous to the late planting and denture
