【Abstract】 With the development of teacher education,the practical skills and abilities of normal students have been strengthened in the training mode of excellent teachers.During the excellent teachers training program reform project practice of the Ministry of Education,the formation of learning and research community by creating shared visions,mastering the group dynamic source,constructing equal dialogues.Creating the learning and research community is to endow normal students the discourse right,to raise the enthusiasm of students to participate in the education teaching practice,to accelerate the development of normal pre-service teachers’ professional.更多还原
