微波消解ICP-MS法测定藏药仁青常觉中的无机元素

【摘要】 目的建立藏药仁青常觉中无机元素含量的测定方法.方法样品经微波消解后,以铑、铼为内标,用电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP-MS)测定样品中Na、Mg、Al、K、Ca、V、Cr、Mn、Fe、Co、Ni、Cu、Zn、As、Se、Mo、Ag、Cd、Au、Hg、Tl、Pb、Th和U共24种元素的含量.结果该方法对各元素的检出限0.0032~2.416ng·g-1,加标回收率在82.73%~106.6%之间.结论所建立的方法快速、准确、灵敏度高,可以用于测定仁青常觉中无机元素的含量.

【Abstract】 Objective:Established the method for determination of the inorganic elements in Tibetan medicine Renqing Changjue.Methods:A method was studied for the assay of twenty inorganic elements such as Na,Mg,Al,K,Ca,V,Cr,Mn,Fe,Co,Ni,Cu,Zn,As,Se,Mo,Ag,Cd,Au,Hg,Tl,Pb,Th and U in Renqing Changjue by microwave digestion-inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS)with Rh and Re as internal standard.Results:Detection limits for above elements were 0.0032~2.416μg·g-1,with the recoveries were 82.73~106.6%.Conclusion:The method is fast,accurate and reliable,which can be used to determinate the contents of inorganic elements in Renqing Changjue.
