【摘要】 当前我国社会主义建设进入全面深化改革的新时期,我国民族工作如何适应新时期的要求,成为我国民族问题研究和民族工作中的重大课题。最近几年来,有的学者认为,我国民族问题已经发生了重大变化,民族政策以及民族工作的指导方针应该随之而发生变化。也有学者认为,我国民族问题的基本情况未变,因此仍应坚持原有的方针政策。究竟我国民族问题发生了哪些变化,哪些没有变化,我们民族工作的方针和政策是否应该变,哪些该变,哪些不该变,亟待进一步讨论。更多还原
