热处理对电力机械用镁合金组织与电磁屏蔽性能的影响
Effects of heat treatments on the microstructure and electromagnetic shielding effectiveness of the magnesium alloy for electric power machinery
【摘要】 采用不同的退火工艺对电力机械用新型镁合金Mg-5.5Al-2.5Sn-0.1V挤压材进行热处理,并进行了显微组织、微观织构和电磁屏蔽性能的测试与分析。结果表明,在200℃~400℃退火温度范围内,该合金的平均晶粒尺寸先基本不变、后急剧增大,大角度晶界所占比例先稍有减小、再急剧增大,合金的电磁屏蔽性能先稍有增加、再急剧下降。合金的退火温度宜为200℃~300℃。
【Abstract】 The new-typed extruded magnesium-based alloy of Mg-5. 5Al-2. 5Sn-0. 1V for electric power machinery was heat treated with different annealing processes. And the microstructure,micro-texture and electromagnetic shielding effectiveness were tested and analyzed. The results show that with the increase of heat treatment temperature from 200℃ to400℃,the average grain size of the alloy could increase sharply after being basicly unchanged,the proportion of large angle grain boundary in the interior of the alloy could slightly reduce at first and then sharply increase,and the electromagnetic shielding effectiveness of the alloy could slightly increase at first and then sharply decrease. The annealing temperature of the alloy should be in the range of 200- 300℃.
