环境生物学实验课程教学改革探索
Teaching Reform in the Experimental Course of Environmental Biology
【摘要】 作为高校环境科学本科专业的主干课程,环境生物学实验是学生专业知识体系构建的重要节点。环境生物学实验教学中除了有生物类实验普遍存在的教学难点,同时还有一些自身特点造成的教学问题。本文系统分析了当前环境生物实验教学中存在的问题,并有针对性的提出了讲做结合、合理分组、优化实验流程、强化预习、强调误差分析、及时对学生反馈等教学改革措施。另外,通过对实验数据的分析和问卷调查证明上述措施改善了实验教学的效果,为未来生物类实验课的教学提供了思路。
【Abstract】 As a main course for the undergraduate major of environmental science, environmental biology experiment is an important part of the students’ professional knowledge structure. Besides those common difficulties in biological experimental courses, environmental biology experiment teaching also has some unique difficulties due to its own characteristics. In this paper, some problems in the course were analyzed, teaching reform methods, such as combining teaching and practice, scientifically grouping students, optimizing experiment process, strengthening preparation, emphasizing error analysis, and giving timely feedback to students, were proposed. Experiment data analysis and a questionnaire survey show that those methods have really improved teaching. Therefore, the teaching reform can provide some reference for future biological experiment teaching.
